Claim your cashout within 72 hours of deposit or it will be credited as FreePlay, we are not responsible for any game errors or issues; winnings over the maximum cashout limit will be voided; and referral bonuses must be claimed within 24 hours or they will be forfeited.
If there are points or balance in the Safe Vault, the game will not be loaded.
If any balance (even as low as $1) remains in the Safe Vault, we reserve full rights to redeem it without prior notice.
If a user sends a payment screenshot but the payment is not actually received, and the account is loaded without proper checking, no cashout will be given if the payment is later found unpaid. The same rule applies if a user requests a cashout first and sends the payment afterward, then claims it was already sent. If the timing shows unusual activity or the payment was sent after the cashout request, the payment will be kept and no cashout will be given. Such cases will be treated as fraud.
